1. No Refunds for Digital Products

All purchases made on astrology.draftswork.shop are non-refundable. Once an eBook or digital file has been delivered via email or download, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Instant Delivery

Our products are delivered instantly via email after successful payment. If you do not receive the eBooks within 15–30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at:

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Files

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong file or your download link is broken, we will replace the file(s) at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution.

4. Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice using the same email address, please notify us immediately. We will verify and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

5. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind after the purchase or decide that the material is no longer useful to you.
