1. Cancellation for Physical Products (Currently Paused)
We offer physical tarot books only occasionally.
However, physical product orders are currently paused due to high demand, so cancellations for physical items do not apply at this time.
When physical shipping resumes in the future:
- Customers may request cancellation within 2 days (48 hours) of placing the order.
- After 48 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.

2. Cancellation for Digital Products
All digital tarot eBooks and downloadable files are non-cancellable.
- Once an order for a digital product is placed, it is immediately processed and delivered via email.
- Due to the instant-access nature of digital files, no cancellations or modifications can be allowed after purchase.
All sales of digital products are final.
